Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and files are approved.

  • Custom orders and bulk items may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any delays.

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges will apply and are assessed per order based on the size, weight, and destination of your items.

  • The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping is typically 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping options may be available for faster delivery, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@hilsonink.com within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. We will either replace the items or offer a refund.
